10 Ways To Keep Your Mate Happy & Have A Healthy Relationship

1. First and foremost make sure you keep your man happy mentally, emotionally and physically in a relationship. Without out one or the other you are losing part of the full package of fully knowing the needs of your partner.

2. Communication, Communication, Communication… Do I need to say it again? This is a key part of every healthy relationship. Without communication tension can build eventually and this is where relationships tend to fizzle.

3. Trust, when you lose trust in your partner there is no relationship. If something goes unplanned in the relationship you MUST decide to either forgive and move on, or move past mistakes and work on the relationship to stay together.

4. DRAMA, it’s for the birds. In a healthy relationship you keep your business to you and your partner. Your friends/family/social networks don’t need to know ALL of your business. If you and your partner are in a little argument keep it to yourselves NOT the public. Communicate and sort things out together don’t involve the world.

5. If something upsets you, in a healthy relationship don’t hold it in. Your partner can NOT read your mind. Don’t give someone the silent treatment for something they may not know has even upset you. You must tell and express your feelings. That’s the only way you learn more about your partner. Good and bad you must go through it all in order to grow into a happy healthy couple together. If you can make it thought the hard times the happy times are that much better.

6. Support your partner. #Point #Blank #Period Give constructive criticism and never look down on anyone’s ideas or goals. In a healthy and happy relationship you must be supportive in all they do. If you feel something isn’t right, expressing your opinion is okay and you should do it honestly but do it positively not in a negative manor.

7. Sexually… Sex is VERY important. Ladies wake your man up each and every morning with a smile. #RiseANDSwallow It is a must to make your partner happy in the bedroom. Great sexual energy makes a happy couple. Try new things together and always keep it spicy. STAY AWAY FROM ROUTINE!
